Creative Writing as a Mental Health Coping Tool

Journaling, in the traditional sense, doesn’t work for everyone. That doesn’t mean that a writing routine can’t be both fun AND help you cope with anxiety, depression, and so on and so forth. Join us as we explore non-traditional types of journaling, as well as other types of creative writing habits that can be used as tools to fight off those pesky inner demons. (Please note that this is from a peer perspective, panelists do not have MH degrees or titles, but have instead their own experiences battling inner demons to draw from.)
